Job Description

Assist in managing customer onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition and successful product adoption.

Provide ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, ensuring satisfaction, reverting back in an end-to-end bug process.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and areas for product and service improvements.

Support founders in developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct customer training sessions to help users maximize the value and effectiveness of our products.

Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation, tracking interactions and progress.

Monitor customer health metrics, helping to identify at-risk accounts and proactively addressing concerns.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to ongoing support.

Qualifications

Candidates with up to 5 years of experience.
Degree or Diploma in Legal is a must
Proficiency in the German language is essential.
Basic understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eager to learn and grow within the customer success field, with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
