What you'll do
The General Manager - Finance Commercial is responsible for the provision of excellent knowledge and influences the Finance strategy and the delivery of finance activities for the designated business function, to support business objectives. Leading integration from finance point of view, covering multiple stream such as Controlling/EET, pricing & billing, budget controls, establishment of new reporting structure in alignment and collaboration with FBP, Pricing, Program management.
Who you are
• Successful engagement with key stakeholders in finance community (Finance BPs, FP/A and reporting CoE) as well as service delivery leads, to interlock budget/scope transfers.
• Design of future operating capabilities and required steady state finance operating framework to ensure smooth landing.
• Closely work with Head of Finance transformation, to ensure timely updates for relevant program forums
• Ensure cost & revenue controlling fundamentals when pricing (cost recovery, PnL future proof etc)
• Support Pricing workstream and provide guarding rails for transfer pricing secure / compliant pricing
• Critical project management skills with PQE in big transformation projects.
• 14 years+ of hands on experience in financial processes, budget/controlling.
• Good stakeholder management capabilities. Comfortable to manage complex matrix structures.
• Degree in management, finance.
• Advanced analytical skills and eager to transform with mentality of unlocking barriers to help deliver organization level targets.
