As a Senior UI Developer at Bottomline, you will have the opportunity to contribute to one of Bottomline's key PlatformsJob DutiesDevelop the user experience of high volume fintech platforms • Maintain and enhance our development best practices. • Participate in Code Reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge. • Create prototypes and proof of concepts to drive the future state of one of Bottomline's platforms • Provide effort and risk estimates to support planning. • Collaborate with product designers and UX specialists to refine component specifications and translate those designs into UI Components • Maintain and contribute to Bottomline's UI Design LibraryExperienceStrong JavaScript knowledge, both ES5 and ES6+ features o Emphasis on functional programming a plus • Proficient in clean, valid, maintainable, and semantically correct HTML and CSS. • Strong understanding of Responsive Design principles • Experience writing unit and integration tests • In-depth knowledge of modern browsers including Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome • Working experience with WCAG 2.0-WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria • Experience with React • Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks and libraries (e.g. Redux, Next.js, Remix, etc.) a plus. • Experience with Agile methodology a plus • Strong communication skillsRequirements2+ years of UI Development • B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent studies in modern technologies • Online portfolio or live example of workAbout Bottomline TechnologiesBottomline Technologies provides collaborative payment, invoice and document automation solutions to corporations, financial institutions and banks around the world.
