Front Desk

Welcoming visitors , Answering and making phone calls, and taking messages
Receiving and sorting mail, signing for deliveries
Keeping the reception area and other common areas clean and tidy
Keeping records of visitor requests, calls Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner, and helping clients with questions about their charges
Supporting sales agents and CSRs, and performing other administrative duties as needed
