How will you make an impact in this role?
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the management of automated processes, including performing root cause analysis for troubleshooting issues and implementing permanent fixes where required.
Ideate and implement data-driven business insights for effective and efficient system and automated process
Collaborate with key stakeholders – Process team, technology partner & Product owners
Quickly grasp new processes and ensure seamless support & execution
Pursue continuous improvement in execution, lead intelligent automation, and monitor compliance with policies.
Responsible for improving the control environment by ensuring satisfactory audit experience and enhancing internal controls.
Responsible for and ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLA), internal guidelines, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support/participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives as well as other business partner initiatives.
Ensure controls & compliance with prevailing policies & procedures such as SOX, Process Risk Self-Assessment, and support Statutory/Internal audits.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalent
5-8 years of experience in automation/system support / RPA
Strong knowledge of RPA, well-Developed Analytical Skills including financial accounting / reporting understanding.
PreferredQualifications
Effective People leadership skill
Functional knowledge on Finance and Finance applications/technology
Change management exposure, including establishing new processes
A fast/keen learner with the ability to learn a detailed process quickly.
Ability to share technical knowledge and proactively encourage others to do the same.
