Job Description:
Vialto Partners is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis - Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be pivotal in orchestrating advanced financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes to support strategic decision-making. You will develop and maintain financial models, manage budgeting processes, and provide insightful financial analysis to drive our company's growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Modeling and Forecasting:Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
Budget Management:Collaborate with various departments to create, monitor, and manage the company's annual budget. Analyze budget variances and provide insights to help departments meet their financial targets.
Financial Reporting:Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insightfulness.
Strategic Planning Support:Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan by providing financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.
Data Analysis:Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Present findings to management for informed decision-making.
Cost Management:Conduct cost-benefit analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
