Job Description:
Vialto is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the financial future of our company by orchestrating advanced financial planning, forecasting, and analytical processes. Your work will directly support informed strategic decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Forecasting:Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models and forecasts to project the company's future financial performance, including revenue projections, expense forecasts, cash flow analysis, and budgeting.
Budget Management:Collaborate with various departments to create, monitor, and manage the company's annual budget. Analyze budget variances and provide actionable insights to help departments meet their financial targets.
Reporting & Analytics:Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to senior management and key stakeholders, ensuring the information is accurate, timely, and insightful.
Strategic Planning Support:Assist in the development of the company's strategic plan by providing in-depth financial analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations to support long-term growth and profitability goals.
Data Analysis:Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Cost Optimization:Conduct cost-benefit analysis, cost allocation, and cost control initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software/tools.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Corporate FP&A experience is required.
Experience in SAP, Power BI is preferred
