Functional Role (Job Description)
This role is expected to provide support to the Finance Business Partner Central and over time G&A Budget holders in understanding actuals, preparing forecasts and budgets plus ad hoc financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Reviewing month end actuals in OneERP/SAP S4/Hana, posting journals and explaining monthly results vs forecasts and budgets.
Working with the Finance Business Partner Central and G&A budget holders to prepare a forecast for the rest of the year.
Working with the Finance Business Partner Central and G&A budget holders to prepare a budget.
Support the month end process and results review including preparation and review of accruals / prepayment / AP journals in a short timescale.
Support and advise Project managers on a project focused SAP system (OneERP) to ensure they are Accounting Standard / JSOX compliant.
Ownership of the balance sheet for your area.
Collaboration and reconciliation of intercompany costs with relevant stakeholders.
Provide audit back up and support for local and group audit as required for your sector.
Provide support and cover for other members of Finance Team when required.
Ensure the business operates within the financial controls and procedures set by the NTT DATA Group.
Ad-hoc tasks/other projects as required.
Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills
SAP/Advances Excel Skills/Outlook/Power BI knowledge desirable
Strong finance system skills: advanced Excel skills and a good knowledge of using SAP (ideally SAP S/4 Hana) is a key requirement for this role. Desirable knowledge using Power BI would be useful.
Excellent communication (Written and verbal) & relationship building skills. Strong English skills (written and oral).
Understands basic accounting principles for AP, AR, Inter-co, internal project management, prepayments and accruals
