Job Description
Perform daily reconciliation of accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness. Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients. Monitor and analyze accounts receivable aging to identify delinquencies and follow up with customers for collections. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure prompt resolution. Automate accounts receivable reminders and streamline collection processes. Conduct in-depth analysis of work in progress (WIP) for APAC region, identifying drivers of WIP including disbursements and other factors. Assist in clearing up AR discrepancies and ensuring all accounts are reconciled effectively. Prepare and present detailed reports on AR status, collections progress, and WIP analysis to management. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR and WIP. Develop strategies to optimize WIP management and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
5-6 years of Reconciliations and AR Experience Demonstrated experience in handling complex activities. Experience in conducting internal audits. BCom/MBA in Finance.
