We are seeking a Finance Manager for Global Facilities to join Pure Storage's dynamic team. This position requires a highly skilled and analytical individual who will play a pivotal role in financial planning and management for our global facilities operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management and Budgeting:
Lead the development of the global facilities annual budget, partner with GA finance team on quarterly forecasts, and report out quarterly on financial performance of actuals to forecast
Co-Develop a long-range financial forecast for Pure's Real Estate portfolio
Partner with the global lead of Pure's Real Estate portfolio to drive continuous cost reduction
Real Estate deal modeling:
Develop and deploy Pure Deal Model analysis for real estate decision making
Capital and Operating Budget Analysis:
Co-Create financial control processes for capital improvement projects.
Develop and oversee budgets for management review of all capital improvement facilities projects globally.
Partner with the Real Estate team to devise action plans to enhance the financial position and performance of facilities projects.
Ensure adherence to financial controls policies and procedures in line with Pure Storage's standards.
CFO Scorecard and Operational processes
Support Sr. Director of Operations in Quarterly update process of the CFO Scorecard through collecting metrics and updates from Sr. Leaders across Finance and reporting out to CFO Staff
Coordinate CFO Automation process tracking and results
Support program management of 5 POCs with leaders tracking progress and success metrics
Help run Enablement program with Prizes across the finance org
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in facilities, corporate real estate, construction, or property management.
Solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to time shift, being available for meetings until 11am PST. This role will not be working evening PST hours (early morning local hours)
