Field Server Hardware Engineer

Field Server Hardware Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient functioning and maintenance of server hardware in various client's locations You will be involved in troubleshooting of Server & entry level Storage Products. You are expected to work on Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo Servers, Entry level Storage/Tape libraries of Lenovo products give the solutions based on any OEM vendor hardware / operating system with little or minimum support from superiors. E.g. include: Skills on Server Windows & Linux Operating System. Typical examples of the other deliverables would be of troubleshooting skills of server hardware and parts replacement in intel servers. Providing technical support and assistance to clients for any server hardware-related inquiries, issues, firmware update and part replacement calls.You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.Responsibilities:Install, Monitor, Configure, troubleshoot and Support the Physical Server including various intel platforms and vendors.Manage and monitor troubleshooting skills on highly scalable intel Environment.Install, Configure, Test and Update Server Operating Systems and related server-class software.Provides technical Support to various clients give Onsite and remote support on hardware, firmware update, part replacement, upgradation, and OS installations. You will be expected to provide technical support on critical Server & Storage Infrastructure, to perform maintenance and repairs the breakdown situations.Ready to work on 24/7 shifts to support client requirement
