The Field Marketing Manager (FMM) serves as the "CMO" of the segments they support, owning the marketing strategy and execution to achieve business goals. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, as well as collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their business, go-to-market strategy, and priorities. Your mission will be to develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns with the global framework while addressing local and regional needs.
Work Location: San Antonio, TX is preferred with a hybrid work schedule of 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan tailored to the Private Cloud business unit's goals and Americas priorities.
Act as the focal point for key stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including central, product, and partner marketing, among other disciplines, to ensure alignment and successful program delivery.
Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategies and measure the impact of marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize the use of tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to support campaigns and stakeholder engagement.
Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, demonstrating resourcefulness and agility.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or regional equivalent required.
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a field related to the role. At the manager's discretion, additional relevant experience may substitute the degree requirement.
At least 8 years of experience in Field Marketing or 10 years in various marketing disciplines, preferably within IT or B2B environments.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans in alignment with business goals.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
Experience working with marketing platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
Highly resourceful and self-driven, with a strong focus on data analysis and decision-making.
Comfortable operating in a global structure, aligning regional and global priorities.

The anticipated starting pay range for Colorado is: $105,100 - $154,110
The anticipated starting pay range for the states of Hawaii and New York (not including NYC) is: $111,800 - $164,010
The anticipated starting pay range for California, New York City, and Washington is: $122,500 - $179,630
Unless already included in the posted pay range and based on eligibility, the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time.
