Working hours - 6 days a week - 930 to 6 PM
Experienced in managing the equipments, service and human resources across services.
- Own the maintenance of the premises working with all teams
- Supervise and work with Plumbers, electricians, Water &Sewage Treatment Plant personnel, Housekeeping & security services.
- Attend to resident complaints prioritizing high impact services for the given day
