Job Brief:We are seeking aFemaleExport Documentation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and preparing export documentation, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.Roles and Responsibilities1. Responsible for Pre & Post Documentation, preparing export invoice, packing list, tracking shipment, CHA, freight forwarders & shipping agents regarding shipment.2. Handling export documents and submission to banks.3. Sending payment reminder mails to customers.4. Preparing documents for obtaining approvals.5. keeping a good record of export invoices.Other Requirements:She should have a at least 1 months internship experience in logistics/ freight forwarding industry or must have completed courses in logistics/ export import/ supply chain management.She must be willing to travel to Juhu.Knowledge of export process, customs procedure.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Location: A/17, Chand Chs, Juhu Church Road, Juhu, Mumbai 400049, Maharashtra, India
