Your new role – challenging and

Sufficient technical understanding, especially regarding
manufacturing processes
Organizational skills: Ability to manage and prioritize multiple
tasks simultaneously.
Communication skills: Clear and effective communication with
various departments, suppliers, and customers.
Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed
decisions.
Knowledge of logistics: understanding of supply chain processes
and the logistics industry.
Detail orientation: accuracy and attention to detail to avoid
errors.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with others to achieve

Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing requirements and
circumstances.
Time Management: efficient use of time to meet deadlines and
complete projects on time.
The candidate shall keep track of our parts / POs in the
production process and share the status updates during Commodity Circle
meetings.
Candidate shall be able to prioritize the components as demanded
by business needs and shall monitor and enforce the progress at the supplier's
site.
Moderation of expediting report meetings
We don't need superheroes, just super minds:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Specialization in manufacturing process is desirable.
Casting knowledge is mandatory (steel mandatory, iron optional)
Metal Fabrication & Machining knowledge will be an added
advantage
6+ years of professional experience in Energy business,
Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management and/or Supply Chain Management.
Applicant must have the experience of working in a wide network or
cross-functional team involving Engineering, Procurement, Product Management
and Quality.
Excellent project management, interpersonal and communication
skills.
You are curious, learn fast, pro-active and driven by results,
while having a strong sense for prioritization and focus on what matters most.
