In the long run, the product aims to provide holistic growth and increase revenue for its subscribers.Job ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the product and competitive landscape thoroughly.Prepares and delivers appropriate presentations, and demos on the product. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and service.Maps client's requirements and generating business from new accounts.Keeps a tab on the latest technological spurt and update the team about its possible impact on our product.Prepares and execute planning calendar for each season, and promotions to work closely with the product marketing team for the success of campaigns.Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements, and having a solutions-driven mindset.Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, and suggests team.Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Maintains lead pipeline and conversion trackers along with other necessary reports.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Communicates with clients, makes outbound calls to potential customers, and follows up on leads.Understands customers needs and identifies sales opportunities.Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information via email.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.Researching and qualifying new leads, Closing sales, and achieving sales targets.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills.Strong Interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software programs.Should be able to plan and implement sales strategies.Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.Prospecting Skills.Passionate towards customer service, which will motivate in closing sales thereby achieving targets.
