How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Role Objective:
We are seeking a self-motivated colleague to join our Portfolio team as an Account DevelopmentExecutive. The Team is responsible for driving billings and revenue by engaging, educating, and growing the portfolio through outbound, dialogic treatment to ramp spend and build meaningful, deep, and loyal relationships. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Central Marketing Organization in ICS that is responsible for the overall engagement and lifecycle of a customer
Responsibilities:?
·Outbound telephone-based consultation and Business Development.
·Use consultative selling?&?negotiation skills to achieve growth in revenue.
·Driving billings growth for the portfolio, Identify key trends and growth opportunities.
·Ensuring retention at minimal cost and below the average portfolio benchmarks.
·Optimally contact the portfolio leveraging, multiple channels of communication.
·Deepening share of wallet in the portfolio via upsell, cross sell, industry wise spend expansion andgenerating referrals.
·Serve as consultants to the cardmembers, using in-depth understanding of Amex value proposition, to provide solutions that directly meet the customer needs.
·Adhere to Blue Box Values, ICS Sales Practices and Standard Operating Procedure and American Express Leadership Behaviors.
Qualifications and skills
·2-3 Years prior experience in understanding, managing and growing engagement with premium customer segment.
·Self-motivated, willing to learn, responsible and attention to detail.
·Able to work independently, with excellent time management skills and ability to work under dynamic environment.
·A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively.
·Comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, PowerPoint for presentation.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·Strong track record of driving results, ability to execute multiple initiatives under tight schedule.
·Sales mindset - demonstrated ability to deliver on targets and numbers.
·Awareness and understanding of premium card products in the market.

Eligibility :
·The Incumbent should be a graduate.
·The incumbent should not be on any level of counseling at the time of applying.
·The incumbent should have a performance rating of G3L3 or better in the last review
·Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer facing roles
