A Brief Overview
The Executive Director, People Team guides the human resources strategies and practices to foster a culture of excellence and drive business success within the local region. This role is responsible for developing HR strategies in alignment with organizational objectives, leading the local People Team across all departments, including People Business Partnering, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Operations, managing workforce plans to ensure the company's goals are met effectively. Working with cross-functional partners, you will develop and implement strategies to strengthen employee relations and the workplace experience, while enriching our One TriNet culture. This position requires the ability to move between strategy and execution, exceptional judgment, excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships across the organization.

What you will do
Develop People strategies tailored to the local market
Oversee People operations including compliance, benefits, and employee relations specific to local teams
Design workforce plans to meet regional staffing needs
Lead talent acquisition strategy and initiatives in local market
Implement training and development programs to ensure colleague success
Ensure adherence to local labor laws in all HR practices
Promote a positive and culturally aligned working environment
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards
Education Qualifications
Master's degree in Arts/Sciences (MA/MS) Human Resources Management or related field preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Business Administration or related field required
Experience Qualifications
Experience in senior HR leadership roles within India and scaling operations required
Experience working in a matrixed global environment required
Strong influencing and relationship building skills required
Excellent communication and judgement required
Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards required
Comfortable working in ambiguity and coaching business leaders and HR colleagues required
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing environment required
Knowledge of both relevant employment laws and cultural norms required
