Male. 12+ Yrs exp in South Indian cuisine is required. Knowledge & exp in other cuisines is an advantage. Manage a food division of a large corporate. Responsible for Kitchen Equipments, Food related supplies, Assistant Chefs, other staffs etc. Manage Hygiene, Safety & Quality Standards.
2. ASSISTANT CHEF / COOK SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE
