English Speaker Needed

Need some one who is fluent in English speaking, I want his/her company to speak with him/her daily as per convenient time. I will pay for that. I am searching for the same because practicing in speaking English daily will make me fluent and about me I am working as a software engineer in one of the IT company but i am not that much fluent in English so that i can speak without hesitation and with confidence in meeting. Please if some one help me i will appreciate him or her. Thank you!
