How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate for this role will work with the Connex Data team supporting data platform, analytics and reporting needs of the portfolio.? ConneX is American Express' next generation contact center solution that aims to enable best-in-class experiences for Amex customers across channels, platforms, geography and time, fulfilling the Amex brand commitments and servicing promise through flawless implementation of a modern highly configurable platform.? The chosen candidate will be exposed to a wide range of technologies and challenges.??
Responsibilities:
Experience in developing API, services and ETL applications using Java, Vertx & Reactive framework
Experience in contact center architecture solution design & configuration for enterprise applications on premise & cloud
Knowledge & experience of Genesys Framework and Architecture, familiarity with the Genesys ecosystem
Knowledge in Genesys real-time and historical reporting
Experience in Genesys CCPulse, Pulse and GAX
Good knowledge and hands on experience in Database such as SQL, Oracle, MySQL etc.
Strong Experience in developing application using Genesys Config, Reporting, Interaction PSDKs and WFM APIs.
Experience in designing and building Micro services based architecture for Real time reports and analytics solutions
Experience in testing tools like Jmeter, AB, Gatling
Experience in writing unit and integration test cases.
Experience with Genesys Routing (IRD/Composer/URS)
Knowledge in Genesys Voice and Digital will be good
Exposure to data flows across Genesys Inbound, Outbound, Routing, Call recording, GVP, Pulse and WDE
Experience in Genesys log analysis, configurations and troubleshooting(MCP, SIP, RM)
Analysing & troubleshooting data in Genesys Infomart & Icon applications
Exposure to Genesys reporting components like Genesys Infomart, Interaction concentrator, datamart etc.
Understanding of the system architecture. Given a requirement be able to come up with the architecture, ability to suggest solutions and identify loopholes in system. Need to have holistic view of system -and develop effective solutions.
Plan, scope, size, architect, design, prototype and engineer Genesys framework components
Experience in Kafka and elastic search
Should have worked in cloud platforms, working knowledge of creating HA solutions
Knowledge in CICD and containerized including but not limited to XLR/Jenkins/GIT/Bitbucket/monitoring & logging tools like app dynamics, logstash, splunk is preferred
Exposure to Openshift enterprise platform
A problem solver, open to learning Should have experience in troubleshooting, optimizing, solutioning and keeping up with evolving technologies - as a leading member of the team
Qualifications & Skills:
·Degree in Computer Science with?4+ years of experience in
·Genesys certification preferred.?
·Proficient in Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Scala, and others.
·Data Security and PII Awareness: Knowledge of data security practices and regulations, focusing on securely handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
·Application Design with Security Focus: Experience in designing applications with emphasis on server procurement, installation, and integrating security aspects like encryption.
·Application Architecture Knowledge: Expertise in designing and structuring applications.
·Debugging Proficiency: Skilled in identifying and resolving software and system issues.
·Testing and Troubleshooting: Ability to test, troubleshoot, and debug data processes.
·Docker and Kubernetes Proficiency: Proficient with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
·SFT Proficiency: Skilled in Secure File Transfer (SFT) operations and its utilization in data management.
·American Express Experience Preferred: Prior experience with American Express systems is an advantage.
·Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
·Collaborative Work Ethic: Ability to work effectively in team environments.
