Job Profile:

Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing employee engagement initiatives, events and communications for our India Rackers. Improves existing engagement programs and processes and developing new ones through data-driven insights. Promotes the company culture through the lens of the Core Values. Creates and delivers effective communication materials, including digital, written, and oral presentations. Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Apply knowledge and skills to deliver impactful employee engagement programs for India Rackers in alignment with the global strategy.
Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events locally.
Create and deliver clear and effective communications to employees.
Contribute to the overall success of the organization's employee engagement and communications strategies.
Ensures local initiatives and communications are aligned with company-wide strategic plan
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging programs on time and within budget.
Develop and document processes to streamline employee engagement activities.
Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, morale, and commitment to the organization.
Analyze multiple sources of data including direct Racker feedback to make data-informed program decisions.
Propose innovative ideas to enhance employee experience.
Work within established guidelines to achieve engagement objectives.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee engagement.
Education

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in field related to role.

Certifications

Project certification a plus (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.)

Experience

5 - 7 years of experience in the field of role required
