Elasticsearch Developer

Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain Elasticsearch clusters and indices for efficient data storage and retrieval.Develop custom Elasticsearch queries, aggregations, and mappings to support complex search and analytics requirements.Integrate Elasticsearch with other systems and applications using Logstash for data ingestion and Kibana for visualization.Monitor Elasticsearch performance and optimize cluster configuration for scalability and high availability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., software developers, data engineers) to integrate Elasticsearch into overall data architecture.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Elasticsearch cluster performance, data consistency, and search relevancy.Stay updated with the latest Elasticsearch features, best practices, and security guidelines.Document Elasticsearch configurations, deployments, and troubleshooting procedures.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience (7 years) as an Elasticsearch Developer or similar role with hands-on experience in ELK stack.ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) certification is required.Strong proficiency in Elasticsearch query DSL (Domain-Specific Language) and data modeling.Experience with Elasticsearch plugins, index lifecycle management, and security configurations.Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and data manipulation tasks.Experience with distributed systems, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
