Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics.Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of steel products and raw materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Implement and maintain a robust inventory management system.MIS reports to be submitted as per the requirement & format.Co-ordination with customer & supplier for dispatch related activities.Providing dispatch schedules to vendors for Raw Material
