We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director to join ourTechnology Control Management team. This role is located inPune, Maharashtra – HYBRID
Controls Hub supports BNY's critical resiliency priorities by monitoring the design, implementation and operation of controls that reinforce the integrity, security and resiliency of technology development and operations.Compass Automationservice sits within Controls Hub to assess, monitor and report upon the design and operating effectiveness of key technology controls implemented to manage risk to BNY's technology assets and services.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Role is responsible tocontribute to automation oftechnology control assessments across the global enterprise. Work with Control/Process Owners to identify, document, and assist the development team to implement assessment automation requirements.
We are seekingControls Automation Specialist based out of Pune, India offices. In this role you will be responsible for technology control assessments across the global enterprise and work with Control/Process Owners to identify, document and design automated control assessments and work with the development team to implement those.
Role and Responsibility:
This position would be part of global Technology Risk Automation team based in Chennai / Pune India, to perform automated assessment of Controls across BNY.
Engage with the Process/Control/Platform Owners for requirements elicitation.
Prepare Requirements package and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
Participate in Backlog refinement sessions and clarify domain related questions.
Act as the go-to person for any clarifications during the development phase.
Escalate open issues to management for timely resolution.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
20 + yearsof relevant experience with a recognized company on automation projects
Experience in identifying and analyzing various risks and related controls
Analytical skills with problem solving aptitude
Have good command over SQL. Data analysis, validation and aggregation techniques
Understand nuances of technology to ensure efficient assessment design and help perform root cause analysis of assessment logic bugs.
Experience in Windows or Linux / UNIX or Mainframe environments as a BA/developer/tester.
Experience in eliciting and documenting stated and unstated requirements.
Uses in-depth knowledge of information technology tools, platforms and trends to determine potential risks to the organization. Manages analysis and draws conclusions in order to recommend and direct any resulting change needed to mitigate risk.
Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills required
Flexibility, multi-tasking ability and willingness to work with changing priorities in a complex and dynamic work environment
Experience with Robotic Process Automation beneficial
CRISC Certification beneficial
