>Attract, hire, nurture, and retain the top-tier talent
>Build the best-in-class engineering culture
>Hands-on leadership driving various site-level technology initiatives
>Own and drive multiple product/technology areas end-to-end
>Responsible for crafting product vision, architecture, and technology and driving the execution from design discussions to implementation, deployment, and customer success
>Work with product teams and various business counterparts to build a highly scalable platform
What You Should Already Know:
>Hands-on technical leadership experience with a track record of scaling startups/products.
>Previous experience in software development and a solid foundation in distributed systems at a cloud Scale
>Ability to dive into details wherever needed including being hands-on when needed
>Experience in building best-in-class engineering teams and a positive engineering culture.
>Ability to own and deliver by working with sub-teams cross-functionally.
