We're seeking someone to join our team as a Business Analyst to support our Asia Head of Client Onboarding & Reference Data Services (CORDS) across management reporting, project & program management, as well as overall business support.

What you'll do in the role:
•    Driverobust,high-quality management reporting for the Asia Head of CORDS - including key metrics, preparing core organizational data for the Asia senior management team,assisting with preparation for weekly senior management meetings, and ad hoc analysis.
•    Provide support for the Asia Head of CORDS in regular and ad hoc projects and initiatives across Asia CORDS - including planning sessions, managing goals and actions, as well     as any ad hoc analysis / presentations..
•    Work closely with the Global CORDS team to ensure alignment and consistency with Global guidelines and considerations, while driving focus on Asia and India specific considerations and requirements - across all reporting, governance, people, and other in scope initiatives.
•    Act as primary face off and contact for Asia CORDS related updates, initiatives, and coordination for Global CORDS senior management and CAO team.
•    Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with Asia CORDS senior management team, but also core business partners across Finance, HR, and other Operations teams.
What you'll bring to the role:

•    At least 5 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
•    Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables to meet tight deadlines. 
•    Ability to design and create presentations to illustrate complex problems, that can be adapted to different levels of seniority in terms of audience.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for senior management reporting.
•    Strong sense of ownership and accountability for quality output.
•    Attention to detail and accuracy.
