The team you will be a part of
The Information Systems team is responsible for implementation of the enterprise architecture and the development and maintenance of the organization's computing/IT environment. Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.
This role in summary
The Global HR Technology team designs, implements and maintains all HR technology solutions to support organizational needs.
Incumbent for HR Information Systems will report directly to the Director of HR Technology, and will play a key role in Whirlpool's technology strategy including SuccessFactors HCM and Eightfold for Talent Acquisition.
Your responsibilities will include
Develop, direct, and coordinate technical efforts to design, build, deploy, and maintain cross-functional applications in a multi-cloud environment. Lead the adoption of practices and processes that minimize manual and repetitive work to increase stability and automation.
Lead project management during global system implementations - responsible for requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, test planning and execution, training documentation and delivery, deployment, and support. Deliver new solutions and integrations by executing projects from end-to-end.
Responsible for SuccessFactors Employee Central, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition and Learning Management System configuration, workflows and business rules.
Evaluate new functionality for system releases and aligned and educated HR business process owners. Create and maintain business process documentation and drive user adoption through training and communications. Provide education and guidance to offshore system administrators and outsourced vendor application support teams.
Lead stakeholder management including and up to the senior HR and IT leadership.
Identifies organization change management needs for ongoing user training and engagement. Partners with HR and IT teams to provide support, create process efficiency and drive best practices.
Minimum requirements
Excellent experience required on HRIS , particularly SuccessFactors; Strategic Ownership, HR Technology, Creating a Roadmap for Systems
People Management experience is a Must Have
