This role is located in PUNE, MH – or Chennai, TN HYBRRID mode.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:· Leads a Billing Product Support area consisting of multiple teams responsible for billing platform migration on to ORMB across various Asset Classes· Sets departmental priorities and allocates resources to align with business objectives and annual plan.· Develops and implements policies to ensure client satisfaction and leads key initiatives.· Maintains familiarity with industry best practices and seeks opportunities to implement as appropriate.· Manages the performance of assigned staff. Coaches and guides on project management.· Sets strategic priorities on initiatives designed to improve Billing processes.· Determines needed improvements through review and analysis of problems reported.· Participates in long-term or strategic planning for the Billing function designed to improve the overall client experience and improve team productivity and quality.· Tracks and reports on performance of Billing area. Coaches and guides assigned staff on improving the execution of invoice production and achievement of goals.· Resolves the most complex issues, roadblocks or inquiries from senior-level or key individuals at clients, as needed.· Keeps abreast of all unusual requests/transactions/issues and ensures proper escalation where appropriate.· Recruits, directs, motivates and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.· Provides feedback at the most critical of times.· Maintains relationships with senior business and sales leaders to report trends and needs.· May provide forward-looking and strategic insight on Billing processes and issues to support the business.· Leads a Billing area consisting of multiple teams of Billing professionals and/or support staff.· Responsible for the achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and supervision of team members.· Experience in developing and analyzing and Workforce management reporting.· Experience in oversight of external 3rd party contact center partner· Management of an Omni channel contact center· Management of a center of excellence in support of a global contact centerTo be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:· Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.· 18 plus years of total work experience with at least 7-8 plus years of management preferred.· Experience in financial services preferred· Experience in Billing Operations or any Billing Product like ORMB would be an added advantageAt BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
