If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Digital Engineering Staff Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka (IN-KA), India (IN).DevelopmentAnalysis, design, and development and testing including full system design, estimating project hours and managing implementations.SupportHandles escalated problems with technical or process issues, both during normal and after hours.Provide problem analysis, measurement, and process methodology.Work with offshore development team on an as needed basisAdministrativeInteract with Business Partners, internal and external, to design/develop solutions for business needs.Participate in team meetings and meetings with the business.Stay up to date with emerging technology trends, policies, and procedures to provide relevant architectural input and recommendations as needed.Other duties as needed/assignedMinimum Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience10+ years of Java/J2EE development using Spring FrameworkExperience with JavaScript Libraries (like jQuery), HTML, CSSExperience with the Eclipse and RAD Development EnvironmentExposure to Web Services developmentExperience with Apache HTTP ServerExposure to Unix/Linux5+ years of experience working with databases.Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands as well as the ability to manage multiple assignments.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Excellent problem solving and communication skills.Preferred Requirements:Exposure to Maven, Jenkins, Nexus, Veracode, SubversionIBM WebSphere (HCL Dig. Exp.)
