Dft Test Engineer

We are seeking highly motivated Test development engineer to be part of Hardware team. Join a great team who is responsible for developing characterization and manufacturing test programs for POWER and System Z microprocessors.  Engineers in this role work closely with the test program and the equipment. They also work with designers, system labs, characterization, and product engineering teams to define, verify and implement test programs that ensure each product meets its application specification.  .
