Design Specialist

Job responsibilities:Designing the OCXO based on the microcontroller design.Develop the designs & BOM component considering the Cost and Quality.Design of products meeting the DFMSimulating the designs and match to the actual parameter yield of the product.Conducting & Leading meetings with cross functional teamJudge the design performance through DFMEA.Monitoring the yield of the products and develop the designs as per cost/budget .Project Delivery as per timelinesAnalyzing the statistical data for the products and take suitable actions with timeline.Skill sets required:Strong background on Microcontroller & knowledge of developing coding.Experience Of using the Simulation tools for Electronic circuits, thermal simulation &PCB layout simulation.Understand the FIT, MTBF calculation and requirement for the designs and access the risk.
