Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Refer and Earn Channel Manager to oversee and optimize our referral program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, promoting, and expanding our refer and earn channel to drive customer acquisition and engagement while positively influencing the activations, retention, referrals, and revenues, too.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage the refer and earn program to attract new clients and encourage existing clients to referothers.
*Monitorand analyze program performance, making data-driven decisions to improve effectiveness andROI.
*Marketingand Promotion: Create and execute marketing strategies to promote the referral program across various channels, including social media, email, in-app notifications, and websitecontent.
*Collaboratewith the marketing team to design promotional materials andcampaigns.
*CustomerEngagement: Engage with existing customers to encourage participation in the referralprogram.
*Provideexceptional customer support to referral program participants, addressing any questions or concernspromptly.
* DataAnalysis and Reporting:Track and analyze key metrics related to the referral program, such as referral rates, conversion rates, and customer acquisitioncosts.Prepareregular reports for senior management, highlighting program performance and areas forimprovement.PartnershipDevelopment:Identify and establish partnerships with complementary businesses or influencers to expand the reach of the referralprogram.Negotiateand manage partnership agreements to ensure mutualbenefit.Complianceand Security:Ensure the referral program complies with all relevant regulations andguidelines.Implementsecurity measures to protect customer data and prevent fraudulent activity.
Qualifications:
* Master's/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relatedfield.Minimum
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing or growth hacking, with a focus on user acquisition andretention.Experiencewith marketing automationplatforms.Provenexperience in managing referral programs or similar customer acquisitionchannels.
*Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informeddecisions.Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across differentteams.
*Proficiencyin digital marketing and social mediaplatforms.
*Familiaritywith the product development and management is aplus.
