A Transformation Manager is a strategic leader who ensures that digital initiatives align with the organisation's and clients' goals. They oversee the planning and execution of transformative projects, working closely with senior management and clients to define objectives and outcomes.
Your primary responsibilities include:As a Transformations Lead, you are responsible for handling finance clients in different industries and across the Finance and Accounts domain.
You will own one or more client engagements across geographies & provide transformation support for establishing processes, metrics identifications and reporting to solve complex problems.
Drive process improvements and ideation and probable CI/automation/Gen AI opportunities to simplify, improve or redesign processes. Optimize processes and Target operating model.
Responsible for all transformation projects and meeting targets set for Digital workers, improvements in KPIs and value generation for the client by looking at end-to-end picture and upstream and downstream processes which may not always be in IBM's remit.
Transformational Mindset and ability to leverage the latest technology.
Should have managed Finance Delivery in the past along with transformation experience.
Responsible for tracking and driving all process parameters 'critical to quality' for process delivery.
Assist management with career development activities for team members, team leaders and managers, including performance management, feedback, and training.
Ensure adequate mentorship and training of team members to ensure process objectives and Customer requirements are met.
