Come join our Marketing teamOur Marketing team is committed to building the Karat brand and long-term value of the business in order to help achieve revenue and margin targets.What you will doAs a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for the general strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns and programs targeting enterprise B2B accounts, with the goal of driving leads, meetings, and opportunities. You'll be a central player on Karat's Demand Generation team working closely with Sales and Operations to achieve our pipeline and revenue goals. We are looking to hire this position out of Bengaluru,India. Working hours willpredominantly be in local country timezonesonce successful onboarding is complete (approximately 30 to 60 days). There will be required internal meetings that align with time zones in the U.S.Campaigns and Sales Plays:develop programs designed to generate new meetings and opportunities in our target accounts. Example plays can revolve around a specific industry vertical, competitor, target persona, geography, etc. Project manage your plays and campaigns from strategy to execution. Collaborate closely with our SDRs and Operations teams to help execute these plays and prove their success.Email Marketing and Nurturing:fully manage our database of marketing contacts and develop a thorough strategy of how you want to keep our contacts engaged and nurtured. Have a close pulse on our database, the audience size, segmentation, personas, and engagement levels, in order to continue to get the most out of our email marketing tactics.Social Media Marketing:develop and execute a social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, to help build engagement, awareness, and drive leads for our demand generation goals. Work closely with our social media agency to help execute your strategy.Account-Based Marketing:help build ABM campaigns targeting a specific set of accounts with tactics appropriate for 1:1 and 1:few marketing. Work closely with Account Managers to deeply understand each account and get buy-in on your marketing strategies. Demonstrate the impact of your ABM campaigns and influence on revenue for the business.The experience you will bring5+ years owning and managing demand generation campaigns and programs strategy and execution at a B2B organizationHigh proficiency with MarTech including HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Qualified, and more. Bonus for experience with Mutiny and GongStrong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skillsComfortable with owning and delivering on KPIsExperience running a rhythm of business that drives visibility, accountability, and performanceTrack record of synthesizing data and insights for consumption across all levels of audiencesTrack record of successfully partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver on aggressive growth targetsGrowth mindset and an expectation that the role will evolve and grow.Strong fluency in written and spoken EnglishApplicants, please note: submissions not 100% in English will not be considered.Legal Employment Statement Karat is a U.S. company.
