Delivery Consultant - Envizi

Support the Delivery team to effectively scope solutions that are technically feasible and meet the client objective.
Translate business requirements into appropriate solution designs
Adherence to the Envizi implementation methodology and related delivery practices.
Ensure all project artefacts are created in line with company best practices and are stored online in the relevant system.
Identification and implementation of service process improvements
Providing technical expertise and best practice advice to clients post implementation to assist them in getting the most out of our technology solutions.
Work with the Envizi product management and development teams to advocate, scope and test enhancements to the suite of Envizi products.
Deliver managed services as part of cyclic proactive processes to maintain the health and usage of the solution implemented for clients
Deliver partner and client training as required.
