Be a trusted Advisor of the Customer on Business Automation space.Work for smooth delivery of assigned projectsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic development environment.Be a hands-on person and deliver.Involve in product installation/ configurations, troubleshooting (performance, 3rd party integrations, security)Based on customer requirements, deliver the deploymentSystem Analysis and Design:Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand document capture and workflow automation requirements.Design and architect solutions using IBM Datacap to meet business needs.Development:Develop and customize document capture and workflow automation solutions using IBM Datacap.Develop, customize, and configure IBM ECM software products such as IBM FileNet, IBM Content Manager Enterprise Edition, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, IBM Content Navigator, and related technologies.Write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.Integrate IBM Datacap with other enterprise applications and systems.Integrate ECM solutions with other enterprise applications and systems.Implementation:Install, configure, and deploy IBM Datacap /FileNetsolutions.Conduct testing to ensure the reliability and performance of document capture applications.Collaborate with system administrators for successful deployment.Customization and Configuration:Customize and configure IBM Datacap components to meet specific business needs.Develop and implement rules, actions, and validations within Datacap.Maintenance and Support:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IBM Datacap /ECM FileNet applications.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, performing updates and patches as required.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation for ECM solutions.Document code, configurations, and workflows.Security:Implement security best practices to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of content within ECM systems.Stay updated on security vulnerabilities and apply necessary patches and updates.
