Delivery Alliance manager is a key contributor to manage OEM relationship, Conduit between Business, OEMs and Delivery , scale the Original Equipment Manufacturer ( OEM) business and be catalyst to ensure OEM deliverables are met in terms of the SLA's at optimised cost. As a Delivery Alliance Manager with IBM, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Business, delivery to grow and deliver the best OEM services to the clients and leverage best suited leading-edge technology portfolio in our global network for the clients . Your work has a direct impact on the day-to-day productivity of our business by ensuring integrity of, and access to, our most important OEM . You will need to visit the domestic client's offices / data centres on a daily basis or on an as-needed basis as part of this role.
Responsibilities:Manage OEM relationships and grow alliance network of OEMs
Help manage Delivery team to meet client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and quality service delivery as per agreed terms
Liasson between business and OEM for requisite solution, pricing and logistical support.
Be a part of the Enterprise networking growth initiative by strong partnership with key OEM's and drive relationship to make IBM a partner of choice in their base accounts.
Manage vendor relationships, including contract negotiations, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.
Implement cost management strategies to optimize delivery expenses while maintaining service quality.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and delivery objectives.
Develop and maintain documentation related to service delivery processes and performances
Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on delivery performance, client satisfaction, and cost management initiatives.
