Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).Effectively resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Upsell and cross-sell company products or services, identifying opportunities to increase customer value.Proactively build relationships with customers, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.Provide accurate and helpful information about products, services, and company policies.Maintain accurate customer records and data in the CRM system.Contribute to a positive and professional customer service experience.May participate in outbound calls for customer surveys or lead generation (depending on the company).Qualifications:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in calling representative executive or a related field.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong active listening and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is a plus.A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
