Country Manager - Network Support Services

This role works cross functionally across multiple teams in IBM especially TLS to ensure service delivery excellence and to provide the best of solutions to our customers in terms of technology, IT expense optimization and technology transformation.Responsibilities:Delivering services to the MVS clients ensuring delivery excellence within cost and as per contractual commitments. Driving base growth along with Account / Sales team(s).Provide support for the Sales / Pre-sales team in terms of showcasing IBM's Delivery capabilities to the prospective clients.Manage the costs of delivery and improving the Gross Profit Margin. Team skill building as per technology transformation and market dynamics.Ensuring strong net promoter scores for the ISA market. Creating a high-performance team culture.
