Corporate Social Responsibility Manager (Preferably Female Candidate)

PRIMARY SKILLSDesign and develop CSR projects, onboarding new NGOs, and developing different projects to reach all sectors of beneficiaries.Project Implementation, Project Execution, Proposal review, Vendor management, and Negotiations.Strategize to improve CSR activities and manage budgeting related to CSR expenditure.Prepare and develop program standard operating processor (SOP) budgets and strategies, maintaining and monitoring project plans, schedules, and evaluation as per project guidelines.Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, project guidelines, project SOPs, and evaluate as per project guidelines.Obtain project proposals from third-party agencies and manage CSR budgets (both budgeting and programmatic)Ensure smooth implementation of all CSR projects and timely reviews for robust monitoring and reviewing processes.Undertake due diligence with NGO partners before entering partnerships and releasing payments.Ensure third-party agencies and NGOs meet the criteria prescribed in the SOP of CSR prepared by the company.Ensure allotment of the project and release of funds are done as per the terms of the MOUCoordinate finance and timely disbursement of payments.Undertake mini-audit on project expenses periodically and coordinate with the external audit agency team for high-level audits on projects.Regular Coordination with internal teams for Employee Volunteering.Develop program SOPs, organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.Expertise in managing relationships, networks, and teams that include a diverse group of people representative of the public and private sectors, community-based organizations, non-profits, and civic leaders as well as program beneficiaries.Documentation, reporting, communication, and coordination with various internal and external stakeholders.
