IBM Sustainability Software is responsible for creating software products that help our customers optimize operations and cost, while reducing waste and emissions. We are looking for a content designer to help our B2B Integration product team build excellent customer experiences, informed by user needs. IBM's B2B Integration product is a multi-enterprise cloud-based business network that helps streamline, automate and
fully digitize B2B transactions, augmenting the power of EDI with API capabilities.
As a content designer on the B2B Integration team, you will lead and contribute to technical content, drive stakeholder alignment, and demonstrate impact and influence on the product roadmap. Rigor, attention to detail, insatiable curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, and excellent time management will be critical to your success.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate on driving a cohesive end-to-end content experience that moves clients through every phase of their product journey and drives their actions.
Research and design content based on user scenarios and use cases by understanding personas, delivering content for design iterations, developing and clarifying UI terms, actively contributing to design reviews and conducting user testing/research to validate content.
Design, develop, and publish IBM technical content (e.g. embedded in the UI, product tours, messages, product & API documentation, multimedia) that is easy to use, easy to understand, and easy to find. 
Simplify technically complex concepts and details from multiple sources into consumable content that drives user actions. 
Own parts of the end-to-end authoring process: design, development, editing, production, translation, lifecycle management.
Deliver clear, inclusive, accessible, and translated content for a global audience.
Track metrics on content usage, review, and iterate to continuously improve the user content experience.
Collaborate directly with your Design team, Product Management, Development, Marketing, Support, Sales and Training teams to tell a cohesive product story. Use expertise and user empathy to influence product design decisions to deliver the best user experiences we can for our clients.
Share work in progress, along with giving and receiving critiques.
