About the Job
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for assisting in full life cycle recruiting to support the current and forecasted hiring needs of Brightly by sourcing, interviewing, establishing trust and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the new hire and onboarding process. He/she must have a natural ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, staffing agents and candidates while being adaptable, flexible and innovative in the recruitment processes to continually support the Brightly culture.
What you will do
Work with Hiring Managers and drives the recruiting process for all potential candidates followed by supporting a flawless onboarding process for new hires.
Develop and maintain strong consultative relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and staffing agents.
Source, screen, evaluate, and schedule candidates for interviews with hiring managers.
Work with the Hiring Manager to
Keep up to date on the latest and greatest sourcing tools, techniques and programs.
Research, recommend, and help implement sourcing solutions to ensure a strong candidate pipeline.
Ensure compliance is met with all legal aspects of recruiting.
Responsible for maintaining a database in HRIS and Excel.
Requirements
What you need
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in core IT and technical hiring domain.
Successful track record of identifying, engaging, and closing mid-senior level passive candidates
Use talent market insights and data to influence decisions within the leadership groups and cross-functional teams
Strong Stakeholder management experience
Have a deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those diamonds in the rough
Possess strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Passionate about ensuring that each candidate who interviews with Brightly has an outstanding and positive experience
Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when discussing sensitive items such as salary, benefits, and backgrounds.
Solution finder, proactive, assumes responsibility for outcomes, creative and a self-managed individual.
Flexibility with changes in hiring priorities and the ability to formulate plans to fill new roles efficiently.
