About this opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Ericsson Blade Server Platform (BSP) / Cloud Execution Environment (CEE) Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and maintaining BSPs for Ericsson Blade Server Platforms and providing robust Cloud Execution Environment support.
What you will do
Develop architectures and drive implementations in support of user initiatives including optimization of cloud-based solutions.
Ensure flawless integration and functionality by collaborating with hardware and software design teams.
Provide technical support and mentorship to customers, ensuring the successful deployment and operation of our cloud solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve sophisticated software and hardware issues on Ericsson Blade Servers.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, user manuals, and troubleshooting guides.
Work with multi-functional teams across the world!
You will bring
Some years of experience in BSP development and Cloud Execution Environment engineering, specifically with Ericsson Blade Server Platforms.
Linux Operating System Proficiency, Strong understanding of Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian, Red Hat). Knowledge of the Linux file system hierarchy.
Installation and Configuration and maintaining Linux servers.
Experience with cloud technologies and platforms.
Proficiency with hardware debugging tools and techniques.
Virtualization and Containerization: Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware). Proficiency in containerization tools like Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
