About the role
A Cloud Engineer III specializing in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing virtual desktop infrastructure solutions using Microsoft Azure. This role involves configuring AVD environments, optimizing performance, ensuring security and compliance, and providing technical support for end-users. The Cloud Engineer III AVD collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient virtual desktop solutions that meet the organization's needs and support remote work initiatives.
Managing AVD related group policies.
Exhibit good knowledge and understanding of user profiles (FSLogix) solutions.
Administration and management of Remote Application hosted and MSIX in AVD environments.
Perform, validate and prepare reports of regular patching of the AVD environments.

What we're looking for
University Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related area preferred.
3+ years of experience in Azure Cloud.
2+ years of Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
Experience in drafting end user documentation and SOPs following industry standards.
