Cloud Engineering Manager /Cloud Architect

Lead and manage a team of cloud engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on AWS.Lead the architectural design of cloud solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security best practices are incorporated.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, architect solutions, and ensure successful delivery of cloud projects.Drive the adoption of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and practices, leveraging tools such as Terraform and Pulumi to automate and standardize infrastructure deployments.Establish and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of the cloud platform.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the Cloud Platform Team and across the organization.experience with major Cloud vendors including AWS, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure, with strong expertise in AWS.Proven experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment with a record of project delivery and architecture of production systems.In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture principles, best practices, and design patterns.Hands-on experience with cloud automation tools such as Terraform, Pulumi, and Jenkins.Proficiency in container orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes.Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance requirements in cloud environments.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Thorough understanding of the financial markets a plusAWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
