We are looking for Charles River Support profile with below Job description for offshorelocation for UK based client. Work Location is Bengaluru.Charles River developerIT Experience : 7 to 10 yrs expStrong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid technical background areessential as it is the ability to multitask in a face paced environment.In depth knowledge in Investment banking, Trading application (Charles River IMS V22R1 / 18R2) and Asset classes like Equity, Fixed Income and Derivatives etc.Extensive experience as Charles River front office support interacting with traders and portfoliomanagers on daily basis to help troubleshoot issues throughout the entire life cycle of theorder.Monitor and attend to all the alerts and escalate production issues as required to relevantteams and management.Experience in creatingmodifying pre-trade and portfolio compliance rules based on businessrequirements.Work with TradersPortfolio Managers on addressing Manager Workbench issues in response tofunctionalities like Rebalancing, modelling, etc.Work with Traders Portfolio Managers on addressing Blotter and trade workflow issues.Experience in creatingmodifying different types of workflow rules.Coordinate with various teams including onshore staff , CRD and raise support ticket for allissues, analyse root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes.Candidate should be flexible to provide attend on-call support after hours including weekend tosupport critical issues and production releases.Take ownership and initiative ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.Experience in incident , problem, and change management in ServiceNow is Mandatory.Extensive knowledge of SQL.Flexibility to work in EMEA shift .
