Capital Planning Transformation Controls Analyst:This role is in the Finance organization as part of the Capital Transformation QMMF team in Treasury. Capital Transformation QMMF team is responsible for implementing transformational changes around the end-to-end integrated forecasting processes, which enables central decision making and advancing the existing forecasting capabilities through automation, improved governance and enhanced controls. The Risk and Control officer is a seasoned professional role applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and controls. Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication, multitasking and stakeholder engagement skills required.Responsibilities:Ideal candidate would participate in Risk and Control review and Managers Control Assessment (MCA) activities (e.g., inherent risk, residual risk, and control performance) across Cap. Planning teams to ensure that controls are present and effective.Determine and define required controls in line with relevant Citi Risk and Control policies.Contribute to the continuous improvement of control environments via the identification of automation capabilities and control enhancement recommendations.Assist with Controls automation projects that enhance control robustness if required.Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory needs into finance processes and applications.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.Qualifications:3-5 Years work experience with significant part of that focused on transformation and controls design programs. Experience establishing tracking of KRIs for processes and showing ongoing.Knowledge of risk and control frameworks and knowledge of best practices to implement controls.
