You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business leads, building strong relationships with potential and existing clients, and closing deals. Additionally, you will leverage your social media expertise to create engaging content and build brand awareness through targeted social media campaigns.Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential leads within the corporate gifting industry.Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new clients.Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing the value proposition of our corporate gifting solutions.Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and exceeding sales targets.Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness, engagement, and leads.Create captivating social media content (text, images, and videos) aligned with brand messaging.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.Qualifications:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the corporate gifting industry.Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation,and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM systems is a plus.Strong understanding of social media marketing best practices and platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).Experience creating engaging and visually appealing social media content (text, images, and videos) is preferred.Passion for corporate gifting and a creative mindset.Benefits:Competitive salary and commission structurePaid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBe part of a growing and innovative company
