Job Summary* Drive ISV/Startup Cloud business growth across India* Onboard & nurture new & existing ISVs/Startups to scale their business on cloud, leveraging various business support from OEMs.* Develop existing ISV/Startup portfolio via channel engagement.* Build a healthy pipeline of potential ISVs & Startups* Understand each partner's value proposition and identify how services and vendor portfolio can increase ISVs & Startups profitability.* Identify ISV/Startup needs and align with tools and services to reduce their time spent on software purchases, cloud management and billing.* Develop sales growth strategy - target market identification, mapping offerings to market needs, creating targeted annual / quarterly / monthly sales plans.* Participate in review of proposal deliverables ensuring the proposal package meets the structure & content requirements of Customer.* Individual will be reporting to the ISV Incubation Centre in India and work closely with the rest of the team.Must Have Skills/Knowledge:* Upto 5 years experience from similar business area, services providers, system integrators, cloud resellers and/or ISVs* Solid experience from recruiting and developing partners within the IT Channel.* Experience with Microsoft CSP Business, as well as AWS business along with Service business.* Specific sales experience with cloud, licensing and services is highly regarded.* Languages required: Professional levelEnglish, written & spoken.
